Try a session
No experience needed
Most of our players had never touched a disc before their first Mela session. Turn up to a Tuesday open session, tell us it's your first time, and we'll take it from there. Your first session is free.
Played before? Experienced club or national-level players can come straight to an open session and be assessed for our selected competitive squad and European tournament rosters.

What to expect
What a first session looks like
- 01A proper warm-up together, nobody gets thrown straight into a game cold.
- 02Ten to fifteen minutes of throwing in pairs, with someone showing you the two basic throws.
- 03Drills based on the program.
- 04Mixed scrimmage to finish, with experienced players calling plays out loud so you know where to run.
- 05Absolutely no tackling, no contact and no referees, ultimate is self-refereed and non-contact.
